    Lite-on k17an "no signal input"

    Hi to all,

I have lite-on monitor model K17AN and here is the problem:
Monitor is connected to computer (with good VGA signal, works on other monitor) and after switching ON shows "no signal input message". However, if i disconnect VGA cable from PC, then it shows "check VGA cable". Other problem is that when monitor is turned on it shows colors on display, like in some service test mode. First it shows full screen white, then full screen red, green, blue, black, and again white, red...

Basically, monitor is working, backlight is working obviously, OSD is showing but there is no detection of VGA signal, so i assume that power supply/inverter board is OK and problem is in logic board? I've opened monitor, there is no bulged caps, but most caps are known crap "capXon", and two of them are "Elite" so my first hint is recapping both boards. My question is what else can i do besides recapping? Should i recp all caps on logic board (even those small ones 16V 10uF 8pcs)?
I've checked VGA cable with DMM and it's ok (there is no VGA connector, cable goes directly to logic board)

    thnx!

PS: this black resistors and caps on inverter board are black because of dust, not burnt
PS: i don't have ESR meter
