Acer E1-531 shutdown after 8 seconds

I bought this laptop off from someone for cheap money. It's problem is that after 8 seconds it dies, till then, no signal no nothing. Someone told me to change the 95836 controller but nothing changed. The laptop has a core i3 cpu and I dont want to give up on it.
Any ideas what to look for to remedy this problem?

The model of the board is Compal LA-7312P. I found schematic as well(atached).

How many films does the keyboard has?
Does it have backlight?(the keyboard)
If yes remove the led cable.

The laptop is basic and "cheap" design, the keyboard doesnt have backlight. When I test it it's only the cpu, mem and external vga cable conected to it.
