Asus HD4650 AGP info about caps needed

This is a card I bought at October 2009 for my Athlon XP 2200+ computer.

I 'd like to know who is the maker of those caps and if they are good or bad..

All of them are red and have "ecp" on them:

        Good eye!
Thought I'd seen it somewhere but I couldn't make it out for sure.
        .
It's their AREC Series [hence the "EC"] and the P11 is a date code.
They are solid polymer. Don't worry about them.

Apaq caps are very common on ASUS gear. For that reason, I avoid ASUS. I only trust UCC/NCC, Fujitsu, Sanyo and Nichicon polys. Apaq might be OK, but I don't know enough about them to trust them.
I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards

Thus far I haven't heard of any bad brands of solid polymer at all.

Sacon FZ aren't solid polymer, they are electrolytic.
