acer 4750G JE40 dead unit

This unit is totally dead. No 3.3v and 5vdc output at PU4103, no switch voltage, no supply at bios chip... this unit got a nvidia video chipset.. BTW, i already replaced PU4103 from a working unit with same result. And the original PU4103 being placed to other unit and it works... input voltage (19vdc)at pu4103 is ok..

Any info where should i begin?

-measure resistance respect to ground at PL4101 and Pl4102
-voltage all pin PU4103?
