What I would like to do is reuse an old computer lcd screen for a project.
What I would like to do it power up the backlight only with only 12V going to it.
Anyone have any ideas on how to do this? I do not have anything left from the old monitor except the frame,the tubes and the plexiglass part of the screen.
I am thinking I would need something like a ballast for your fluorescent lights.
Any ideas?
