LG flatron L92WS-BN Panel problem

Got this monitor with bad Tcon/Panel,
it has a problem with the picture the upper side has much more light
than the other.
Tried a complete set of power supply and logic board and got the same result, so im positve its a tcon\ bulbs fault.

any way of testing/repairing without openning the panel to inspect the bulbs?

Certainly not the Backlights,so T-Con,which you probably will not be able to repair, and you may need another Screen.
