Ok new observations. Now when i pull up adjustement menu and turn down cell and turn it back up it stops but when it switches to another commercial with brright back gound it starts. Already tried vs adjustements and reseated ribbon cables on on each side of screen and t-con. Its like it resets. This also affects the menu.Main board? t-con? power supply? y sus? x sus?

Not power supply board or panel because test pattern displays white and it stops doing it like something has been disconnected. Leaves t-con, main, logic and x sus y sus

              Aged/old/worn plasma-panel.

Sometimes you can cover it up by increasing the Vs about 5-10v, but the prob will return in time.

As Alastair says. Try to increase the Vs voltage. You need to measure it so you wont inmediately go 20V up.

The potmeters are on the Ysus board , maybe a little tweak on the Zsus board also helps. Last one helpt me on a old panasonic plasma. White was more green , i turned up the Zsus and it was gone.

Can you post a picture of that board? Try to make it as clear as possible so we can tell you which pot meter you need to alter.

Ive seen many a Samsung with a dodgy PDP, and Always the Newer ones, while the old duffers go on forever!
