I've call Dell and they don't help and the thing is the amount of people with the same problems....

I was wondering if you could help me out in any way possible. I have 2 Dell Latitude E6420 laptops that I need to get the master BIOS passwords for so I can get access to them and have no way of contacting Dell Support right now due to being in the Military and currently deployed. Any help you could offer would be beyond appreciated

Wow, a lot of people with the same issue! I too have a Dell E6410 that was given to me due to a failed hard drive and that nagging BIOS password. I have installed a new HD and now need to get beyond the BIOS password. The service tag # is 4PCDMM1, with an express service code # of 10239574969; any help with this will be greatly appreciated!
