    Hyundai N91S 19" LCD

I have a LCD display from the 2006.

    Company: Hyundai, ImageQuest
    Model: N91S
Problem: Does not power on, power light flickers, image attempts but never displays, backlights never emit light.

Probably cause: Capacitors on the power board?

I'll get some pics, at first glance I don't see any burned or exploded capacitors, fuse checks okay, I'm trying to figure out if I'm on the right track or not thinking It is a capacitor, should I just replace all the caps on the board, since it's not that many anyway?

There is some slight discoloration on the board buy the transformers and jumpers but nothing seems to be destroyed, I well upload pics asap.

Thanks in advance, Looking for advice on the schematics, service manuals, or common issues with this device, while searching I could not find anything on this specific device.

On the top right of the board where it has a group of capacitors, can you see if it has steady DC on them, it should have 5VDC on the 16vdc (or10vdc) caps, and 12~18v on 25vdc caps.

when I say pulse, voltages are sporadic within range
when I say steady, it is a climb from lower to higher (quickly but not sporadically jumping)

      C012 - 470uf 25v - Pulse 0-5
      C014 - 1000uf 25v - Pulse 0-4
      C019 - 1000uf 25v - Steady 11-13
      C027 - 1000uf 25v - Pulse 0-4
      C013 - 1000uf 25v - Steady 11-13
      C011 - 470uf 25v - Steady 10-14
      C009 - 470pf Ceramic Disc - Steady 9-13
      C010 - 470pf Ceramic Disc - Pulse 0-4
      C101 - 150uf 25v - Steady 9-14
      C006 - 47pf 25V - Pulse 5-10

These are all the electrolytic caps on the board with 2 of the ceramic caps that were close to the group.

C101 is behind the group and the heat shield, C006 is by the big cap where the 110 comes in.
