    BARCO Medical Display with weird issue

    Hello guys

    Ive got this BARCO Display its a 20" Monochrome 2 MP display for Medical equipment , the issue is presenting is showing any image without problems except when there is pure black in them , then it show what should be black as a noise white.

    The issue appeared after a power outage , ive inspected the logic board/power supply and all caps look ok.

    Anybody have any clue about such a problem?!

    Start with clear focused top down pictures of all your boards following my sig file below exactly. We want pictures in this composition.

    After your Fluke 87V arrives, we will probably ask for voltage measurements.
