Need help- i have rca 32 inch tv when i plug it in nothing happens but all the voltages seem to be correct. I have my 5 -12- and 24 volts without turning on. I press on-off switch and has no effect except volt. Does change at switch indicating that works. It seems to come on at plug in but thats it. I suspect main panel but i thought some of you might have run into this before. Could it be that ee-prom?
