So I have this HP PSC2355 printer which I suspect
has bad capacitors. Symptoms are frequent
blue error screen (on the printer screen). Failure to start up usually either
a restart loop, a hang or a blue screen. It seems more likely to successfully
start when it is warm.
Also the screen slightly dims in accordance to the activation of the motors.
I suspect caps but the problem is I cannot figure out how to get
access to the main circuit board. Any ideas?
