acer 4732z auto sleep can not wake up

I have acer 4732z after log on window black screen with power light blingkink orange like sleep. But can not wake up. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks.

did you try another keyboard, or have you test keyboard is OK? maybe Fn+F4 button stuck, so enter sleep mode

That is happen without keyboard. After that i toke the batre out . i replaced the batre and turn it on again, after acer logo show, back light is off automatically.

Check that you have external image.

External monitor is ok. After i shutdown properly, i can not power on again when i press power button. But about one or two hour later i can power up again. Back light still off.

Sounds like bga chip, try to reflow or reball Northbridge chip, southbridge is your second option.

But you can check with other Cpu and change Cmos battery, before starting with reflowing.

I have changed kbc. But result issue still remain. But if cmos batre unplugged. Laptop auto start when dc plugged in
