HELP Radeon 5770 capacitor!

Me and my big fingers broke off a capacitor on my radeon 5770...below is a pic not the one i broke but looks exactly like that. Ontop of the capacitor it reads:

about 1cm in hight

100uF 16v capacitor.

You can use polymer capacitor and don't stress about it.
