    Neovo F-419 inverter transformer blown

I have a Neovo F419 in which one of the transformer secondaries is OC.
    The device is labelled
    DG100016500
    LSE1147A

The schematic shows it as EEA-17 There are some EEA-17's on ebay one as EEA17-HC the other as EEA-17-AE. I can't find datasheets
I see that others have had this (thread 240213). Any idea what difference between the two (-HC and -AE) I don't want to blow anything else.

There are no dodgy looking capacitors but the 12V line is running at about 14.5V does this indicate a problem?

    Thanks

    No.

Most lcd power supplies are unregulated. Once a load (like the inverters turning on) is applied it will be closer to 12V.
