Since the Horiz Driver Transformer Primary winding was open, then you would not have got any Vdc on the Collector of the Horiz Driver Transistor. That would have told you immediately the little transformer was primary side was opened. I thought you had measured that collector voltage and had voltage present...Good job all the same...
