Xbox360 slim Red Ring and burnt component

Hey guys working on a 360 Slim today customer complained of Red ring issue.

Found a burnt component on the board down by the USB ports. There is also some discoloration to the board on the other side of the Sata connection. Anyway label on this component is RT7V1

Any Idea what this is? Posting pictures in just one sec

R generally means resistor . as for value without schematic its anyones guess as to value .
p.s something else will be shorted . maybe a transistor or diode .

I cannot find any other burnt component. No other discoloration other than on the complete other side of the board

I would check the two black devices top left in this photo for shorts. Their failure isn't usually detected visually.
