First, what are your requirements (or primary uses) for such a unit?
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.
Well, to be honest I removed the car stereo from my vehicle because I am not getting any sound out of the Left Front Driver side speaker. I would like to be able to run the car stereo out of the vehicle and test the outputs but need a way to power it.
Unfortunately I have a bigger problem as I cannot find a wiring diagram for this unit so not even sure where to connect the power for the 12v DC.
I think I could just use a 12v battery, but again how would you figure out which pin to put the power to?
Usually going to the radio manufacturer webpage and getting an installation manual will do the trick on how to power the radio up.
