I would like to say hello to everyone and thanks for all the info I have already read but I want to be sure what i should do next. When I power monitor up I can see a faint flicker of light and the power led blinks quickly but that is it the caps all look good but i know that means nothing I checked voltage and got 11.65v on 13 and 5v on 5 Is this out of spec and caused by caps Thanks
