DELL 12A 19V resistor burst

Hi all,
I connected the AC power cord and immediately the house main switch goes into protection. AC fuse is ok
I have opened the adapter case and on its board I notice a resistor near the UCC28061 that is burst.
I do not know the value of this resistor (R126 and r123) but I think R126 its a few homs like DC/DC notebook charger feedback resistor , right?
How is the best way to try a repair ?

Could you also post a top-side shot too? (i.e. with the components). Seems like there are also traces on the top side too, so that may help.

That line connects to the CS pin of the ucc28061 ic, R126 and R123 I suspect were blown because the two transistors (next to D102) are shorted I suspect the ic is bad also.

This Samsung tv power board BN44-00329B uses the same ic at icp801
