please advice

2 coils near cpu doesnt get power

but 4 mosfets connected to coil are all good (checked both in and out of circuit) and receiving power of 19v
but 0v on the opposite sides and pin4 which is the gate

please advice where to check thanks in advance

4 x mosfets are good in and out of circuit and switches on and off fine

Toshiba Satellite C665 broke off on off connector point ( CM20) to motherboard Any other points I can extend wire to solder to that will do the job ?
