update: 3.3v & 5 v are always present botton
when I press power botton the other voltages are presents for 2 sec and goes..

thanks for your help, but still the same problem I think it is not a bios issu,

using power lab, I inject 1.1v in coils and there is no consumation of amps
(no shorts)

when I press power button, it consum 0.08 amps and goes down ??

any advices....

where is the CMOS battery for this model please or for c55-b860 I can't find the battery.
