Could someone help me identify marked Diodes?
They are on input of POE lines at Cisco AP.
Both are OL in both direction.

They look like bi-directional Tranzorb TVS diodes (no stripe) by Vishay; diode markings. NM date code 38?
It's normal for them to read open in both directions until their clamping voltage.
