    Sell them on ebay again, instead. Just advertise them as "genuine" capacitors for EVGA or XFX video card . Maybe you'll make a profit too.

      I couldn't bring myself to. I'd feel too sorry for the ID10T who bought them and then had to recap it again 1 month later. Besides, I already got my money back (and gave him 1 star for accuracy of listing description).
      I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

      No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards
