I have noticed that the A300 can be fussy about the RAM. Try a few different modules, one a a time.

well i tried with 3 working ram modules, another cpu exact model from other non working but exact board, also tried other graphic card,
no effect

that universal program ... how should i say it... i found out its bad it does not do the job ok.

you have to take the bios manually with programmer to actually have a good bios file.
(desolder the chip and read it)

WORK ON THE BIOS again with a known bios ; don`t swap bios it does not work even if the board its mirror the same. i know because i tested it .

ok, it make sense... i do not trust much "universal" solutions
tried bios from toshiba site, not woking, now im gona try working dump from 1bios.ru where i mostly get my dumps

hey guys just to say i have fixed this one...
it was faulty capacitors which i bought from ebay new... after a while i suspected this, so i salvaged used ones from faulty motherboard and it woked

4x330 smd caps + mosfet change q12 and q21 changed

tnx to all who helped

faulty caps had to much resistance, more than used ones taken from faulty motherboards
