Thank you very much for the schematics... but i still can't locate the cause of short circuit at vreg5 or VRP5V0A_LDO. Disconnected PAD6120 and the short circuit was not on U6100 and C6120. It's on the opposite side that cause the problem. With pad6120 disconnected i can measure now the vrp3v3a but the vrp5v0a is not. Power switch voltage is ok. Base on the schematics i can't locate D3150 and U4441 on the motherboard. the motherboard i got had an intel base system only. No normal supply at bios chip.

Any help on this matter?

Now there is a short circuit on the vreg3/5 and L6100/L6150?

Only at vreg5 line got a short. At L6100 and L6150 were normal. Is there any other components that were connected to this line? I can only locate and test D3155 and C6120. D3150, U4441 and D390 were all not installed on this board.

If PAD6120 is being disconnected, vreg5 gives out 5vdc... right after PAD6120 is shorted.

Applicable laboratory power supply , and find a short circuit

Yes. Not much of circuit connected to vreg5 line as based on the schematics...
I'll try replacing tps51123 if i could get the needed 5vdc with a disconnected pad6120..
