LG 47LF66 LCD TV Screen Issue

Hi all

I've got a LG 47LF66 47" LCD TV that has a screen issue shortly after switching on. Initially the screen goes black with 2 vertical dotted line then the screen goes to a cross hatch pattern. Still has sound. I'm thinking a faulty T-Con board. Any ideas (see photos).

To verify disable CH2 or CH3 on the t-con

Could be panel. I think that the main board on these can sometimes cause a similar effect - there's a tech bulletin that advises some ferrite beads be replaced on the main board.
