I have a pin on a IC with nothing applied to it, it has 8vDC. i need to apply 10-14 vDC. on a switch. i dont want to use a relay because i just dont have room on the board. it is just a signal so the amp draw is very very low.
is it possible to use a mosfet or something in a TO-92 case and drive the gate/base with my switching voltage?
