Datasheet shows 12, but just noticed more pins handle 1 function...
I don't even know if my programmer can do TSOP48...

I've got RSMRST signal from SIO...
Doesn't this mean,that BIOS is OK???

So what signals/voltages do I need to check, to be 100% sure that SIO & BIOS are OK...???
Or is it design dependant???
I thought if I got RSMRST & S5ON those chips are good...

Thought if the file is corrupted, it won't give right voltages(at least intel mobos)...

I lent someone my X58L and it has come back exhibiting the exact same fault.
Powers on, fan spins, zz and wifi light on, no picture.

Nope

Stuck with BIOS as don't have a programmer which can handle TSOP48 packages...
And no need to buy it as I haven't seen that SPI since then, nor before (pretty old mobo) so just chucked it in to my "magic trash box" for spare components...
