Panasonic NHG caps suitable for starter cap?

    Jamicon 4.7uf 400v - exploded

Have got a couple Panasonic NHG caps in same value, would they be suitable replacements? Starter cap, one at the bottom. Connector next to it is AC in.

I do not see any reason why you can not use them

It might be better if you used 450 volt caps instead 400 volt
If the diameter is the right size and if it is not to tall

Man these caps must be terrible, two of them have spilt their guts underneath and one exploded.

Not Jamicon as stated above but Jackcon caps

      2 x Jackcon 4.7uf 400v that have leaked
