I was changing the batteries on my multimeter, and a discoloured resistor caught my eye, and I was wondering if someone could tell me what I need to get as a replacement.
The markings appear to be as follows:
KW1
5.02 "Ohm symbol" C
I presume its 5.02 Ohms (didn't know they could make resistors so precisely?), but what about the other markings, the "C" and the "KW1"?
Is this something I should be concerned about, should I be changing the resistor as a preventative measure?
