Hello Friends I greet you all hope everyone is doing great, Please I need your help badly I have this Dell latitude D520 which can On but hung when the dell logo is displayed. Kindly help me Thank You.

Your hdd is confirm ok? Try replace another hdd

I Have the hole board in my hand and I try it with external Screen but still

You're going to have to supply more information than that in order for anyone to be able to help you. You can start by answering Sasser's questions, have you confirmed the hard drive is ok? Have you tried another hard drive or booting from another device?

Try to remove the CMOS battery in order to clear bios settings.
Check the voltage of the battery also.

Yes I Have removed everything is only the board in hand but still
And the Power is ok

Have you tried re-seating the processor? How about the RAM?
