thanks my friend the datasheet you have provided is BQ24735 not BQ24738
it looks like similar but the charging ic doesnot have 19v at all and it draws 0.016A on the power supplay , i checked for burned mosfet but there is no mosfet but when i press small press on the area where is besides the DC jack it draws up to 0.212A for a 30 seconds then down steply to 0.016A again
can you find me with laptop datasheet so i can trace the 19V rail from the DC jack to the charging ic
      thank you

Can't find a schematic for this thing, anybody else? Do you have voltage at any of the connector pins or is this thing short?

there is no short but some times tps51123 outs 5 v and 2v on the mosfet

where did pin you mean? 123 5678 4, on high side/upper mosfet or low side/lower mosfet?

I think you should describe your problem as clear as possible.

Find pin 20 on carger ic and follow the trace to find 10ohm resistor, through which it gets the vcc. The resistor might be open.
