Whenever I plug in this monitor, it goes directly to the settings box. If I try to shut off the setting box, it begins to scroll through all the settings, it's like I have my finger on the downscroll button. The buttons are not stuck. This monitor has had very little use, so I know it wasn't abused. Any idea's? I didn't see any bad caps when I opened her up. Thanks in advance for any and all feedback!
