There are 21 sellers on eBay offering these ICs. The going rate appears to be 5 for $6.00 with free 'worldwide' shipping. Unfortunately, significant areas of the world are excluded. One list is rather extensive.

Extensive is an understatement. Excludes almost all English-speaking countries - Canada, New Zealand, "North America" and Australia to name just a few. In fact, at a quick glance I couldn't identify a country NOT excluded although there may well be a few.
