The only thread that I saw was this acer x233h monitor 2 seconds to black
I would rather not revive an over-one year old thread, but this is the only thread that references the monitor model Acer X233H and my monitor is experiencing the same issue. But my monitor was a little orange on the lower end compared to the top. It flickered a little before going all black.
I had an old monitor with bad caps that I have been lazy to fix. I took it apart and used its CCFLs as a spare, and they stayed on. So I narrowed it down to a single bad CCFL.
So the question comes down to how do I identify what CCFL to purchase?
If it helps; the LCD assembly is a samsung LTM230HT01.
