    Samsung T260 No power. No Power Led turning on

    Hello guys, hope somebudy here can help me or atleast with some advices. I have one Samsung T260 monitor which looks dead (no signs of life at all, no lights, blinks, no reaction to power btn) looks like I didn't pluged it into power line. I should mention that my knowledge in electronics is not deep enought but I have some basic understanding how electical circuits works. So I decided the problem is in Power Supply.

    I have already checked some topics here about same monitor or related, but my problems sims to be a bit different. At first I have checked powersupply visualy: no signs of damaged capacitors (leakages, deformations,....) or other elements (no signs of High Temperature...), everything looks like totally new! (checked it 3 times with flashlight. Also measured some resistances and voltages as was recomended in other related topics, here the measurements:

    Input: 220V
    Output 14PIN:
    P2=15,02V
    P6=5,26V
    P7=5,26V

    P10=0V (Instead of 3,3V also no reaction on PWR BTN)

    Main Fuse: 01,2 Ohm (Looks OK)
    F301=01,3Ohm
    R301=384KOhm

    ZD101=725/1075
    ZD102=676/1(Out of range)
    D106=676/1(Out of range)
    D102=629/1(Out of range)
    D103=161/161 (????)
    D107=830/1(Rising from ... up to 1 Out of range)

    R103=01,6Ohm(Not sure it will be the same out of circuit)

    C101=~227V
    C102=~227V
    C103=~227V
    C104=0V
    C105=313V
    C106=1,83V

    C109=11,34V
    C117=108V
    C118=3,98V
    C119=5,26V
    C112=15V
    C108=15V
    C113=5,26V
    C116=5,26V

    C114=0V
    C316=15V
    C317=15V
    C301=0V
    C302=0V
    C304=0V
    C306=0V
    C303=0V
    C305=0V

    Also T301 looks fine 1048/1060

    Any ideas? Tell me if you need me to make some aditional tests. Many thanks for your attention!

    Now it looks like all of output voltages disapeared for some reasons, power is still connected and C105 is still about 300V

      On the back of the board IC101 at the bottom of your picture looks a bit burnt - is it.

      Also just below the large heatsink in your picture there is a green pico fuse.
      What is the voltage on each end with respect to ground screw.
      Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair
