I had luck fixing a Dell 19" wide (SE198WFPf SE200WFPf) using the following info from another thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...highlight=R852
Unit had no power up at all.

I have one of these monitors with no power led as well. Trouble shooting led me to find that R852 a .2 Ohm resistor is open, and after removing Q850 and testing it with a meter, no matter what pins I go between I get no more than 1.5 Ohms of resistance. Also my shorts on the Circuit board seem to have gone away. I have ordered another AP2761-A on Ebay, and will let you know if repacing it and this Mosfet fix my issue
"
The units must use the same power supply. I replaced R852 and Q850 and It works fine now. I had shorts between all three pins on Q850. I burned out R852 twice before I replaced Q850.
