Update: So the upper buffer has a short and I got one ordered. The SC and lower buffer seem to test okay. I will update when I get the buffer. Thanks so much for all involved.

So what about the SC? You never came back and explained what you did for

" isolation procedure for both SU/SD simultaneously and the TV still has the 7 blink error code."

Is the SC good?
