    Viewsonic VX2255MWB weird image

I have repaired this monitor, it had a bad fuse and bulging some of the capacitors.
It runs OK now, but it has a weird image and I'm not sure what could be?
    What do you think?

I cant really tell what you mean is the problem always on the same part of the screen
If so it is likely to a bad panel. Did you use NEW good quality caps?
Does it change if you alter the resolution timing colour brightness?
Is there a factory reset option on the menu.
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

The second and third picture it shows the problem much better then the first picture.
Look at the blue background interference.
          Icons look sharp.
In the first picture there are some lines from the camera.
I have tried different laptop, different cable without any change.
          I have used good capacitors.
Tried the LVDS cable, no change.
Higher resolutions makes it a bit better, but the issue is not completely gone.
