    Dell 1907FPf monitor

I have lots of monitors! LOL
This one is a Dell 1907FPf. I have prints on the 1907FPc but cant find them for this one.
The problem is when I turn it on, the power LED blinks on and off, no screen that I can see. It looks like I have some caps bad, 3 of them but will replace all 4, 470uf 35v, on the power board, but not sure if that is all that is wrong with it. The fuse is good. Just got it apart to take pics, have not checked any voltages yet. Any other suggestions and anyone have prints on this model?

I would replace all 11 of them in the secondary side, and may be the small startup/running cap in the primary side.
You also might as well check out those two SMD POWER MOSFETS on the small PCB sitting between the two inverter transformers.

Can do that as well. Any luck on prints? The FPc set that I have are totally different!
