    Hi guys, does anyone know where I can find this part in either US or Canada? I can only find it in China. Is there an equivalent replacement part I can use that I can get at Digikey?

    400v, 45A(200A pulsed) Vce (sat) 2.4v. That's all I got on this IGBT
