Sony LCD TV KLV-32BX320 distorted

Hi Guys,

I have this Sony LCD TV KLV-32BX320. The fault is as in the attached picture.

What is most likely at fault with this TV, mainboard, power suppy, TCON or LCD screen?

If the lines move around, I had a 46" Sony with a bad main board causing a similar problem. I'll defer to others though. Did it happen all at once (like mine) or did it start in one area and get worse?

I am tempted to say bad panel but you may want to test T-con supply voltages first.
