Last weekend my Dell 2408WFP monitor (purchased in April 2009) got suddenly red/yellow/orange vertical lines covering the full screen completely. If you look carefully you might still recognize some real stuff what should be on a normally working screen behind strips. I tested it by connecting it to two different desktops and one notebook with both DVIs, HDMI and DP ports but no change (did not test VGA yet as I do not have any VGA output). Any hint if this is still reversible?
