Pioneer PDP-427XD 7x blinking

Hi

I´ve a Pioneer PDP-427XD that blinks 7 times

Have checked the main board, sound board, power supply

But have notice that the RED led on power supply is OFF

At first changed the regulator 1,8v on Main board it usually is this problem.

Some help i´ve apreciated.

Checked voltages ? Unhooked Y and X drive if so what happens ?

Ive got a 507XD here with me same issue, will let you know what I find at fault.
