I don't have the fine point test leads nor the skills to attempt those to probe those tiny little lands without frying the motherboard.
Some of the larger areas, (fuses) were easier but.
I could not understand much of the schematic, way too complicated for me.
I am not very skilled at this level.

Look for needles used for sewing. They are usually thin and pointy, perfect for measuring components on motherboard. If you have spare probes modify it, solder those thin needles and wrapped it with electrical tape or something
