HP530 Laptop no power up.

I have a HP530 laptop which is 6 years old and recently it has failed to power up.The battery is not holding the charge anymore,but it was still working very well with the power supply.I have checked the power supply and it is ok.

Can you plzz tell us what does the no power up is?

What happens if you press power button?
Does the charging LED or in charger lights up.

Power s up but no display on screen neder the hdmi or VGa port

When I press the power button the laptop does not turn on therefore there is no display on the screen.If I plug in the power supply to the laptop the charging led lights up.When the battery is removed from the laptop and it is powered by the power supply it still does not switch on when the power button is pressed.

open the case take the board out and reflash the bios .
