    LG IPS236V question

Got this monitor with box and all the accessories, all packed up in nylons for $20(!!). Some of the nylon wasn't even removed from the stand.
Found out quickly that the power adapter was oscillating, so I had one laying around, but with the wrong plug, so I have just switched them and the monitor started right up.
But I have noticed this on the screen and I don't know what could be the problem.

If you mean the lighter marks could be a pressure mark? is it there when you have a source connected.
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

      Those blue spots.
      It shows with signal also.
What's happening to the screen when there is a pressure spot? It can be repaired?
