Dell 2407wfpb No Power

I have 2407 no power light no power I cannot see any damaged caps nor scorch/burnt area. Below are pics. Please take a look and see what I cannot.

Its difficult to say much - no-one has the time or the inclination to look at 10 out of focus flash blanched pictures. They need to look like this
