      i created my own custom sata power connector.

        Add the 3.3v line for extra credit.

              It looks like shit. Also looks like you have some fun times waiting up ahead for you if you ever change hard drives (the new one might have the connector in a different position). All of this work on an old Pentium 4 that is pretty much worthless these days.

                i know lol i didnt have any electrical tape or shrink tubing. and my soldering iron wasnt working so great so thats the best i could do for the time being.

                  i made that out of stuff from the psu that came with this computer it was dead anyway so i was just repurposing the parts from it.

                        i just made this couse the power connectors on my supply would of bean too big for the case to close the door properly wanted to use the low profile connectors the old one had so i made this.

                          i just did it couse my old connectors get pinched abit was trying to have it so its not so tight in the case.

                            A resistor ain't gonna work plus you already have the 3.3v rail in your ATX connector.

                                    Unsolder some orange 3.3v wire from a different power supply, and solder it in this one's 3.3v then run it down there.

                                      ok well i allready took apart the old psu this case came with and unsoldered everything i could before my soldering iron bit the dust.

                                        better yet, you could get a molex to dual sata adapter for $4, even cheaper on the internet
